Originally an IT geek (and still very comfortable with technology), sometime around 2005, I decided to change tracks. My employers encouraged me to go to school again, so I entered the graphic design program at Lakeland Community College in Kirtland, Ohio. I earned my degree (cum laude) in 2008. My current position is as Sales & Marketing Communications Administrator at a Cleveland-area design firm, where I am focused on getting the website up to date and introducing social media/blogging.

On my own time, I write fiction of varying lengths, some of which has been published online and in print. I am active on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and LinkedIn.

During hockey season you'll find me sussing out feeds for Montréal Canadiens games on the 'net and commenting on Twitter. Go Habs Go! (Some day, I'd love to live in Québec, a desire I blame in equal parts on Guy Lafleur and Gino Vanelli.)

Unapologetically a Christian, I attend Riverview Church in Novelty, Ohio.
